Intro to Pole 1.0
This is your introduction to the basics of pole safety, pole work, floorwork, and techniques. Regardless of your body type, age, or fitness level, this is a welcoming space for everyone. The the call feeling exhilerated, motivated, and empowered.

Beginner Pole 1.1
This class is for individuals with little to no prior experience in pole dancing and focuses on teaching the basics of pole techniques, strength building, and body control for spins, climbs, and holds. We recommend a minimum of 8 classes before moving up to 1.2.

Beginner Pole 1.2
Students should be familiar with the foundations of spins, climbing, and sitting. This class focuses on mastering climbing, refining spins, and developing confidence with fluid transitions and making tricks more effortless.

Flexibility
Give your muscles the TLC they deserve. This is a calming, restorative class designed to release deep tension, improve mobility, and speed up recovery after intense pole sessions. Expect long, supported stretches, mindful breathing, and a focus on opening up the shoulders and back.
