Studio Guide


MPR ™ Fitness is located at 56 West 45th Street between 5th and 6th Avenue. Please use the private doorman entrance and take the elevator up to the 17th floor.


Wear your favorite workout clothes; breathable, comfortable clothing is recommended. Supportive sneakers are best for ensuring a safe and enjoyable workout.

How to Sign-In

If you have downloaded and scheduled your session through the MPR Fitness App, you will be automatically signed in upon arrival.

The Studio

The Studio was handcrafted to deliver the bespoke environment and level of attention to detail that we put into your workout experience. Beautiful craftsmanship is highlighted by high ceilings and large windows letting in energizing natural lighting throughout.


Boutique luxury provided throughout our handcrafted studio. Private changing rooms, premium towels, digitally key coded secured lockers, filtered water, and showers. Sound provided by Sonos.


MPR Small Group classes can be booked directly through the MPR Fitness App.

MPR Private sessions can be booked directly through the studio staff.

Classes can be bought individually, or as a 5-pack, 10-pack, or 20-pack. To schedule the class packages, begin by purchasing the desired class package and then selecting the class on the calendar.


Arrive 10 minutes early to your class. If needed, change in the changing rooms, and put your belongings in our secured digitally key coded lockers. Please grab a towel on the way into the studio, as they are incorporated into the stretching portion of the classes. When you walk into the studio, resistance bands are placed in designated areas to ensure the best class experience. Please arrive on time, no late admittance in order to ensure your safety and quality of experience.

The Workout

MPR is Multiplanar High Intensity Strength Training (MHIST™).
MPR targets muscle groups while challenging the body to support itself;
You engage more muscles per rep, set, and exercise to increase your total caloric expenditure both during and after your workout through EPOC (excess post exercise oxygen consumption).You obtain all the benefits of high intensity interval training without enduring the trauma of high impact.
